Our Clinic
Innovative Therapy Services (ITS) was founded by Udie Osom in 1998. She envisioned a clinic where she could implement the best of what she had learned from her experiences in the hospital setting and school district, and leave out the flaws of the system. She hoped to create a clinic that offered individualized therapy—therapy that focused on the child and not the diagnosis. Starting in a small, one-room office at Park Avenue, Santa Clara, Udie has grown her business, not in the number of employees, but in the quality of support provided to families and children with disabilities.
ITS has always been, and always intends to be, a small company. The size of the company allows the therapists to exchange ideas and share knowledge with each other, and also makes the environment conducive to providing individualized and thoughtful care to our clients. The clinical staff at ITS strongly believes in flexibility in treatment and does not advocate any single treatment program. The environment at ITS is one where therapists utilize a combination of their clinical expertise and their natural instincts as compassionate, patient, and creative individuals.
