Consultation meetings

Innovative Therapy Services (ITS) believes in working with the family in achieving goals for our clients. We often include consultation and feedback within the therapy session, taking the last 5-10 minutes of the session, depending on the need. If additional time is needed to discuss the child’s progress, implement a home program, or speak to other professionals involved in the child’s habilitation. A parent-therapist conference set up at the request of the parents. This consultation may address questions regarding the therapy plan, progress, a home program, or to discuss the results of a re-evaluation.

Conferencing with other professionals/IEP attendance

At the request of the parents/guardian, the therapist may meet with/speak with other professionals involved in the child’s habilitation.

In addition, we meet regularly to review your child's progress and update goals.
